Dennis Murphy is the owner of Donahue Real Estate, a family-run business for more than 50 years. He understands what it is—and what it means—to call Cape Cod home. And he doesn’t just work in his community; he cares about his community. He served for 8 years on the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals (last 4 as Vice Chairman), he is a board member of Arts Falmouth and is the former Chair of both JazzFest Falmouth and the Chamber of Commerce's Tourism Board.Dennis’ grandmother, Marge Donahue, founded Donahue Real Estate in 1963, and was beloved in her community. Prior to becoming owner of Donahue Real Estate in 1998, Dennis worked in advertising and marketing in New York City, and was National Sales Director for America’s #1 market share television station. He grew up in Longmeadow, MA and is a 1992 graduate of Harvard University where he played lacrosse and studied history. Dennis lives in North Falmouth with his wife, Beth, and daughter, Isabelle. You can find them best on the Shining Sea Bike Path or pulling up their lobster pots in Buzzard’s Bay. |

Kevin joined Donahue Real Estate in 2006. He continues to own and operate Shucker's World Famous Raw Bar in Woods Hole, and also has a hand in The Beachhouse in North Falmouth.At Donahue, he specializes in sales, focusing primarily on listing properties for sale. Kevin is also Chairman of the Board of Selectman for the Town of Falmouth. |

He currently owns several rental properties in Falmouth Heights called "Izzy's Pads" with his wife Anna and daughter Isabella. John has been responsible for the management, development, marketing and administration of numerous properties on Cape Cod since 1989, for both his own properties and those owned by third parties. He has supervised maintenance staff, marketed properties for rent, developed and administered budgets and managed capital improvements on these properties. His prior sales and management experience in other industries has translated well to the management and marketing of properties for sale and rent. John is responsible for the year-round rentals at Donahue Real Estate as well as the sale of properties in the Upper Cape area.
