I am a very busy professional who relocated off Cape and wanted to rent my house out without all the hassle of having to do the leg work myself. Also, I feel that its best to use professionals to do the job, its their area of expertise and they take care of all the details. I would have to say that they are very professional. We are a military family living out of state, but planning to return to Cape Cod in the next few years. We bought a house while the rates were low, but needed to try to rent it out until we could move in. We called Donahue, and John Bowen went right over, took pictures and had it rented out within a day! We were so relieved and pleased! As time passed, unfortunate circumstances arose, and our tenant wanted to get out of the lease. Again, we called John. My husband was deployed at the time, and John calmly and professionally reassured me that we would figure it out. I was amazed, when he had a tenant lined up the next day. Unbelievably this tenant backed out after signing the lease before even moving in. I think even John was probably thinking, "How can this be happening?", but he figured out a solution, and got us some wonderful tenants that were a perfect fit for the short term that we needed to fill. I know he worked hard to help us get replacement tenants, but he made it look easy. He is really a nice guy, and we cannot thank him enough for all of his help.
