Falmouth Cape Cod Vacation Homes and Rentals with Pools

This house is a FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rental in the summer.

Pool! Air Conditioning in 3 of the BRs. Old Silver Beach is 5.1 miles!

Great back yard, large pool. 2 living rooms, 5 BRs (one in basement). Lots to love, including a large new kitchen, and a very friendly layout! Also, 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor (including one in the basement). There is a game room in the finished basement, with a 6' x 3' pool table (smaller than full size but just as fun).

Ballymeade back entrance is 1/4 mile away from the house.

Free WiFi. GARAGE is not available to tenants who rent between October and Memorial Day.

BR3 also has a futon, as well as cable TV, and DVD player.

Note that BR5 is a basement bedroom. Cape Cod basements typically have a high humidity level, and this is no exception. We do have a dehumidifier going at all times, but it can still be humid and a bit damp, that is why we consider this an 'extended' 4BR.The Owner Says ..."The pool is so nice, you won't want to leave (even though Old Silver Beach is 8 minutes away)!"

Great House! My stay was a very pleasant experience! Lots of space, beautiful back yard and a huge tv! The fireplace was a nice touch as well. The kitchen was definitely my favorite part of the house. The beach is about a 10 minute drive, but very manageable. About 10 minutes to downtown Falmouth (grocery stores, shops etc). B. Our stay in Falmouth was more than what we expected. We had such a great time with the pool and the huge yard out back. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan so we could all hang out in one area. The pool was great! It wasn't even cold in late May. It was one of the highlights of the house. The house had so many beds and couches that everyone could relax. The listing description was accurate and we knew exactly what to expect. The pictures didn't even do justice to what the house really is. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner answered any and all questions I had and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We hope we can rent the same house next summer as well!! I had a get together with some friends and we had amazing time, especially with the pool and the big backyard. There were many bedrooms in the house along with bathrooms. I would highly recommend this house for large groups. R.B.July 2012
