It is a short walk to Surf Drive Beach and minutes to Falmouth Heights Beach. Please note that all three bedrooms and the livingroom all have A/C units in the windows! You will probably want to keep the windows open to catch those wonderful breezes, but for the occasional hot night... the A/C comes in handy. The house is also a VERY easy walk to downtown, as well as Falmouth Harbor. You can easily walk to the Falmouth-Edgartown (Martha's Vineyard) ferry and several restaurants like the Boathouse and the Flying Bridge, as well as to a grocery store.
