Small 2 bedroom apartment located on quiet side street. Large yard with full deck obtainable from kitchen or Living room. The is on the second floor of a well maintained home. The 1st floor tenants are a family with 3 middle teenage boys. Very quiet and respectful. Owner wishes the same for 2nd floor. Small family welcomed 2nd Bedroom for 1 child. Large eat in kitchen and full Living room. The washer & dryer can be shared with 1st floor tenants. You must make arrangements with them. Easy access to anywhere! Already Rented.
The Owner Says ..."Nice area to live. Please be respectful of other people. No parties."
