Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: one bedroom has 3 twin beds, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen and a twin bed, the 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds and the 4th has a queen and a twin bed. Also on the second floor is a full size bathroom and a den with a full size sleep sofa. Throughout the home you will find Central A/C and ceiling fans in EVERY ROOM! Southern exposure offers maximum cooling with Cape summer breezes flowing right off Vineyard Sound. Average evening temps (July & August) are 65-75F. The outside of the home features a deck with an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill.
