READ THE FINE PRINT! This home does not provide sheets or towels, a fact I was unaware of until we arrived at 10:30pm. It also does not have any beach chairs, beach towels or umbrellas—I never thought to ask these questions, as every Airbnb we’ve previously stayed at provided all of the above. With that said, the home is super clean and the property manager was delightful to deal with—answered emails immediately and even delivered her own personal sheets and towels the next morning. Just be prepared to bring literally everything you will need/want/use at the beach!

It is a very cute and newly renovated home with a very well stocked kitchen. We were 7 adults and plenty of room for us all. It was a very hot week but we were so comfortable with the air-conditioning in every room. We had a wonderful time there and we even met the owners, John & Patti, who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They are such a sweet couple! The beds are on the hard side, except the queen upstairs which is more on the med-firm side. Foam mattress toppers would be a great addition on them. Thank you for a wonderful time on the Cape!
