We had a wonderful week in Woods Hole! The Whitney cottage is pretty much perfect... cute, clean and comfortable. It felt like our own cozy little haven in the woods, with gorgeous Nobska beach just a short walk away. The location could not have been better! 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the beach, and Woods Hole town and the MV ferry are also a similar distance away. We definitely hope to return someday!!

Perfect Woods Hole getaway! This studio-style Airbnb is back in the woods, down a dirt road. This gave us peace and privacy. And it’s the perfect location for everything you want to visit. Nobska Beach is a 5-min walk away, while downtown Woods Hole is a 9-min walk. (Pro tip: for easiest downtown access, use the bikeway, via a short path in the adjacent cemetery.) Even the other local beach, Stony Beach, is a manageable, lovely 20-min walk away.
Inside the Airbnb has everything you need. (Including laundry, a must for all those beach days.) My wife and I and our toddler-aged daughter had more than enough room. And the outdoor shower in back was super helpful.
We loved it here. We ran into the owners a few times (they also own the main house out back) and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They felt less like landlords and more like our local friends. If you want a smaller spot at Woods Hole, this is the place. Just leave us a week in 2024 so we can return!
