The house itself has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, 3 full bathrooms (one on the main floor, 2 upstairs). Open concept first floor, with a huge kitchen open to the living room and the family room - plenty of space for everyone! There is also a full dining room with 6 chairs. Washer and dryer, and an oversized 2 car garage to store your stuff. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway, and a separate, fenced in side yard perfect for people to play whiffle ball etc! The location is excellent - 1/2 mile to Lamberts Farm Market, and a hundred yards to the Boyden Farm Conservation Lands. Easy access to Rt 6, so on/off cape is a breeze so is getting to Hyannis and beyond. Welcome to the Cape! Your vacation awaits!
Please note - we rent this home FRIDAY TO FRIDAY in the summer. Bedroom 1 - the one with the king bed and private bathroom - has a bedroom off of it (only accessable from the King bedroom) that we have not counted in the bedroom count. This bedroom has one twin bed. This home does not allow pets. Also - this home does not include linens or towels, if you don't have them and want to rent them please reach out we can connect you with companies that do that. This home has a $350 cleaning fee on top of the rental rate.
