Two-family house being rented as one large vacation rental. Enjoy time with your friends & family throughout your vacation but escape to your own space when needed. Each floor has 4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen & deck facing the ocean. Additionally there is a fun common area / game-room with couch, TV and bubble hockey table. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
Downstairs features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 rooms each with 2 Twin beds. This level also has central AC to keep you cool throughout your stay. Large living room including 50" TV with YouTube TV & Netflix.
Upstairs has 2 larger bedrooms each with a Queen bed and one with an additional Twin bed. Area features a very large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms and an amazing deck with views of the ocean and the Bourne's Pond across the street. There are 2 additional small bedrooms in a loft area, perfect for children. Ceilings are low and sloped and each has 2 Twin beds.
The location is incredible! There is a large yard for yard games, grilling & relaxing during the day along with a fire pit for enjoying the beautiful Cape evenings. Avoid the hassle and cost of parking at the beach with your short (1/4 mi.) stroll down to Menauhant Beach! Or walk across the street to Bourne's Pond for clamming, shellfishing and boating. Information and licenses available thru Town of Falmouth. You will love this location!
Enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer... take a trip to the Vineyard on the Island Queen, or bike along the Shining Sea Bike Path to Woods Hole. Green Pond Marina is within walking distance if you are a boater. Enjoy the lovely downtown area with all of its shops and Restaurants, camp out on Washburn's Island! Hyannis is just a short 30 minute drive and Mashpee Commons is within 10 Minutes.
