This well kept home has exceptional views! Some of the best views on the east coast, especially of sunset! High on the bluff overlooking Buzzards Bay. Lots of room in the house, and simply cross the street to walk down to the private association beach, or walk further down the beach a couple hundred yards to Wood Neck Beach, one of Falmouth's finest!
The main floor has Central AC, and both of the upstairs bedrooms have Ductless AC, so pretty much the entire home gets AC. Spectacular views from just about every room in the house. This is a very special place.
Note - the driveway next to the house holds 2 cars. There is a lower level driveway that holds an additional 2 cars, but one must walk up the hill to get to the house from this lower driveway. One car belonging to the owner will be parked in the lower driveway.
Beach towels provided! But tenants MUST wash them before departure!
