Great back yard, large pool. 2 living rooms, 5 BRs (one in the finished basement). Lots to love, including a large kitchen, and a very friendly layout! Also, 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor (including one in the basement). All 3 bathrooms were fully renovated in Spring 2021. There is a game room in the finished basement, with a 6' x 3' pool table, and a picture window so it doesn't feel like a basement; the entire basement was also renovated in Spring 2021.
Ballymeade back entrance is 1/4 mile away from the house.
Good, strong WiFi through Comcast xfinity. The GARAGE is not available to park a car to tenants as the owner stores some stuff in there.
BR3 also has a futon, as well as a Roku TV. The two Livingrooms both have cable TV, the other TVs all are Roku (smart) TVs, you can log in to your favorite streaming channels!
Note that BR5 is a basement bedroom. Cape Cod basements typically have humidity, and this is no exception. We do have a dehumidifier going at all times, it is self draining. That is why we consider this an 'extended' 4BR. BR 5 typically gets used by kids.
